I'm a teacher with over 30 years experience, whose passion is perfecting the craft of my teaching, to best serve the learning and development of the people I'm honoured to work with. Where learning by doing enables people to see what needs to be seen and do what needs to be done in building the optimal relational climate for growth and development.    

 

I draw on my experiences as a teacher,  headteacher and regional Improvement advisor to create bespoke relational programmes for organisations, schools and communities. I'm honoured to have the opportunity to lead initiatives in Hull, Milton Keynes, Leeds, North East Lincolnshire and Central Bedfordshire, and numerous individual Schools and Multi Academy Trusts nationally and internationally.
